money for a sudden infant
death syndrome center at
Portland State Universi­
ty
Laflen. 16 months, is
the daughter of William
and L a u rie L a fle n
William is a mechanic
and in the police reserve
Laurie is a dental assis­
tant.
Tiffany's picture was
also e n te re d in the
Oregon Most Beautiful
Baby
C ontest
and
although she didn’t win.
she did receive a t-shirt
and a $20 gift certificate
Laurie learned of the
contest thro u gh her
mother. Joan Forester of
Sandy, who heard about it
on "AM Northwest ”
About 35 participated in
the Gresham competi­
tion. with the number of
contestants divided about
equally in the under 1 and
1-3 divisions
Tiffany won the latter
division
