Hawks win 3 divisions at Corvallis

Hawks fielded four com
plete cross country teams
at Corvallis this weekend,
and three took first while
the other was second
The boys and girls ran
coed in the 7 and under
division, and won handily

took the first four places,
respectively, while Gracey
Pankey. Karessa Francis
and Star Bean were third,
seventh and ninth in the 7
and under division
Coach Darold Beymer
was pleased that the 12-13
girls got on the winning
track again, beating a
“ g re a t” Corvallis team.

The Sandy Union High
School state champion ski
team is holding its third an­
nual ski swap on Saturday
and Sunday, Oct. 30 and 31
The ski swap will be held
in the main gymnasium
between 10 a m and 6 p m.
Ski equipment, clothing,
cross country equipment
and other miscellaneous
items will be in stock The
proceeds go toward suppor­
