sufficient to meet current pro
gram needs, despite signifi
cant inceases in tuition and
fees because of increased
costs and reduced stote aid.
For 1982 83 the operational
budget of the college will re
quire only $8 372 305 of this
authority to be levied
Now thot enrollment has
stabilized the new tox base
will permit existing programs
to continue ot present levels
