Dozens of easy riders ready for annual bike derby
Sandy kids w ill get a
chance to show their stuff on
wheels in the annual Bike
Races, sponsored by the San
dy Community School
The races are scheduled
for July 8 at 10:30 a m on
Pleasant Street

tricycles to the biggest kid
on 10-speeds, w ill have a
race to compete in.
The tricycle dashes w ill
lead off the bike derby at
10:30 a m The obstacle race
w ill follow.
Boys and g irls ages 10 to 12
w ill race their 10-speeds,
then kids of the same age
group w ill race w ith regular
bikes
Other categories include
boys and g irls eight and nine
years old and seven and
under
There w ill laps races in ad
dition to the obstacle course
Kids ages 7-9 w ill race one
lap and kids 10-12 w ill race
two laps
