application has been filed in the
office of the Water Resources
Director by Donald C. Lowe and
Herman F Meyer for approval of a
change in use heretofore made of
water from an unnamed spring.
The certificate recorded at page
23301, Volume Id, State Record of
Water Right Certificates, in the
name of Amanda I. Lowe, describes
a right which includes the use of not
to exceed 0 01 cubic foot per second
from an unnamed spring for
irrigation of a certain 0.56 acre in
NEV«, SW'/4 and 0.44 acre in NW'/a

date of prior ity of March 23, 1932
