I imagine every wife gets the
old saw on Mothers Day from
her husband, "but you’re not
my mother.”
T is true, but it is fun to be the
recipient of a goodie anyway.
As neither Davie or I have a
mother living, and as the kids
were busy this past Sunday, we
went out to dinner, and had a
delicious one at Barlow Trail.
Not only delicious food, but
each woman coming in was
handed a lovely long stemmed
rose bud. compliments of the
management Thank you.
Our Granddaughter Amanda
had her second birthday on
Thursday, but we had a birth
day dinner on Wednesday
night at George and Leslie’s.
Always a fun way to spend the
evening.
