Farm output today is three
times what it was in 1956 and
has increased by 25 per cent in
the past seven years On the
other hand, output per man
hour in other industries is less
than two per cent higher than it
was in 1956
In the prim ary election on

County voters w ill be w riting in

may write-in a person for of
fice. The bottom part consists
of the computer punchcard.
In the past a ballot envelope
has been utilized for this
purpose The ballot envelope
w ill no longer be given to the
voter with his puncheard.
The new style ballot is ap
proximately twice as long as
the ballot formerly used The
upper part of the ballot consists
of two stubs. The write-in stub

A correct write-in must
consist of the person’s name
and the full title of the office for
which he is being written in
Many voters do not supply
enough information when they
write in a candidate which thus
invalidates the write-in for that
candidate.
For example, if you were to
write someone in for county
commissioner you must also
write position number, since
there are two positions for
county commissioner which
w ill be voted upon on May 25.
After the elector is finished
voting, he should fold the ballot
in half and return to the elec
tion board before the voter
deposits it in the ballot box. The
folded ballot ensures ballot
secrecy which was formerly
accomplished by the ballot
envelope.
