Brush who is currently a
teacher at Kent-Mendian High
School in Kent, Wash., studied
at the University of Washington
and Central Washington State
College He has had his works
included in publications in­

cooking time. ( I prefer to add a
can of mushrooms, and prepare
and serve the vegetables

1 cup milk
1 pkg
frozen chopped
spinach, cooked and drained
I Tablespoon chopped onion
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
sauce
*2 teaspoon each salt,

eggs with grated cheese, add
milk Io eggs, then add cheese
mixture to spmaeh Mix well,

Bake uncovered in pan of hot
water at 350 degrees for 15

1 ■ cup chopped onion
I cun condensed chicken soup
I cup sour cream
1 cup shredded carrots
I (8 oz ) pkg herb-seasoned
stuffing mix
cup melted margarine
In sauce pun cook sliced
squash and chopped onion in
boiling salted water for 5
minutes, then drain. Combine
cream of chicken soup and sour
cream . S tir in shredded
carrots. Eold in drained «quash
and onion Add margarine to
stuffing mix Spread half of
stuffing mixtures in bottom of
groused baking dish Spoon
vegetable mixture on top
Sprinkle remaining stuffing
mixture over vegetable Bake
for 30 minutes in 350 degree
oven Serves 6 Serve with

1 box white cake mix (dry)
1 box pistachio instant
pudding mix (dry)
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup club soda (other, 7-Up,
etc )
I cup chopped nuts
Beat 4 minutes at medium
speed Bake in greased and
floured 9” x 13" pan at 350
degrees for 30-35 minutes
Topping 2 packages dessert
topping, 2 cups milk Beat until
it peaks, add 1 package instant
pudding mix. Spread on cake.
