Milwaukie B UM M ER SQUASH C.ASSFROI.E 2 lbs yellow summer squash, (Sliced« cups) 1 ■ cup chopped onion I cun condensed chicken soup I cup sour cream 1 cup shredded carrots I (8 oz ) pkg herb-seasoned stuffing mix cup melted margarine In sauce pun cook sliced squash and chopped onion in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, then drain. Combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream . S tir in shredded carrots. Ala W ATERGATE CAKE 1 box white cake mix (dry) 1 box pistachio instant pudding mix (dry) 3 eggs 1 cup cooking oil 1 cup club soda (other, 7-Up, etc ) I cup chopped nuts Beat 4 minutes at medium speed Bake in greased and floured 9” x 13" pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes Topping 2 packages dessert topping, 2 cups milk Beat until it peaks, add 1 package instant pudding mix.
