The children are between 14 and 18 years of age. A person may volunteer to work as little as two days a month, or as many hours as he or she la willing to give. Volunteers must be at least 19 years old. New volunteers are provided with an orientation to the juvenile department and the jail. They will have contact with the juvenile court coun­ selors as needed. The juvenile department will accept donations of any games or craft materials which can be used in a small area, which are durable, and which meet safety requirem ents.
