First, Gresham Across fro m G ilt s B u t t lr f ly Boring Grade students prepare for 'disasters' By Annette Wallis Right now, the seventh and eighth graders in Robert Lundborg’s health classes are learning the various first-aid methods to be used The students are collecting bandages, splints, blankets and whatever else they think they’ll need. D isaster Day is scheduled to be sometime in the spring term. The date has not been definitely set. Between now and spring, the students will be listening to speakers who will be coming to the school to give lectures on first aid and demonstrations which cannot be carried out in class due to the types of equipment which must be used. The photographs with this story were taken and developed by the students in the photography classes at Boring Grade School. The sixth, seventh and eighth grade students at Boring Grade School are preparing for a “Disaster Day” . This day will feature the sixth grade students as victims of various accidents and the seventh and eighth grade students will carry out first-aid procedures. Dempsey’s Funeral Chapel, 1427 SE 182nd, is displaying the works of art, which were done by Lorenzo Ghiglieri. St., Sandy, Oregon The Clackamas County Board of Commissioners has finalized some 20 road changes in the Boring-Gresham postal areas of the county.
