W hile in C a lifo rn ia , she worked on programmed in structional materials in foreign language and gathered in formation which she has been invite d to dispense in a workshop next A pril conducted by an old friend, Dr. O. W. Rolf of the University of Montana. Mrs Edwards has published articles in both programmed instruction and comparative studies If that weren’t enough accomplishment for anyone, she continues her pace at Sandy High where she instructs both French and Spanish, and is right now breathing life into a new career education emphasis for foreign language. She comments, “ F oreign language has been losing in terest as an academic subject for quite some time. By SARA SEWELL OVEN BEEF ROAST ( Time saving - W ill cook while you work) 4 Lbs. beef roast 1 medium onion (chopped) 3 strips of celery 3 teaspoons salt % teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon vinegar Sprinkle salt and pepper on all sides of meat. Rub in well. Place on heavy foil, in shallow pan Place celery strips across meat—sprinkle chopped onion, W orcestershire sauce and vinegar over roast Seal foil around the meat. Cook very slowly, 200 degrees for eight hours. Do not open oven while cooking. Thicken gravy and serve separately.
