Steiner was born in Portland, the son of John and Frances Steiner. He died on Nov. 7, from injuries sustained in a one car accident on the Mt. Hood Highway. Steiner lived his entire life in Sandy. He was raised and received his education in Sandy, graduating from Sandy High School in 1970. He was formerly a student at Mt. Hood Community College studying forestry. He is survived by his parents, a brother Richard of Portland and sisters Mrs. Steve (Becky) Schuldheiss of Portland and Mrs Otto (Donna) Davenport of Estacada. Jordan, Rt. 3, Box 490 Boring, were held Monday Nov. 12, in the chapel of Sandy Funeral Home. Mrs. Jordan was born Elsie Jean Hughes on March 21, 1910 in Sabulla, Mo. She was raised in Missouri where she attended school and grew to womanhood. On Dec. 7,1926 she was united in marriage to Leslie E. Jordan in Ironton, Mo. They lived in Missouri until 1948 when they moved to Oregon to make their home in the Sandy area Mrs. ' Jordan was a member of the Sandy Seventh Day Adventist Church. Elsie Jordan died in her home on Nov. 8, 1973 at the age of 63 years. S u rvivo rs include her husband, Leslie Jordan; five sons: Leslie Jordan Jr., Sandy; Charles Jordan, B o rin g , Gordon Jordan, Boring; Ronnie Jordan. Gladstone and Dickie Jordan of Portland; 1 brother, Arthur Hughes; five sisters: Mollie Phelpott, Cura Parton, Eliza Newhouse, Hilda Colyott and Lucy Hughes; and six grandchildren. O'Dell was born in Homer, Neb., the son of Joseph and Pelina O’Dell O Dell lived mostof his young and working life in Nebraska In his early working years, he was a farmer. In later years, he was a business owner in South Sioux City, Neb., and Blencoe, Iowa He m arried his wife, Nora, on Sept 25, 1918, in LeMars, Iowa. O'Dell came to Oregon about 15 years ago Besides his wife he is sur vived by children B ill of Sandy, Mrs Loise (Bruce) Anderson of Gresham, Leland of Omaha, N e b ; Mrs Doris (M arvin) Porter of Portland; Mrs Carol (Harland) Jansen of Portland ” and Mrs Mary (Dick) Bernard of Storm Lake, Iowa Brothers surviving are Raymond of Red Bluff. Calif., and Tom of South Sioux City, Neb Sisters are Mrs Grace Irons of South Sioux City, Neb.; Mrs Bertha Shank of Dakota City, Neb , and Mrs Mary Laird of South Sioux City, Neb Twenty-one g ra n d child re n and 14 g re a t grandchildren also survive.
