way Administration, the Oregon
State Highway Division, under date
of July 30, 1971, has received the
Federal Highway Administration's
location design approval for right
of way acquisition and construction
of the Boring Road Interchange
Section on the M t Hood Highway
(US 26) in Clackamas County,
Oregon.
The proposed project consists of
reconstruction of the existing at
grade intersection to provide for a
full interchange.
Maps and related data pertinent to
the proposal are In the Highway
Commission files, State Highway
Building, Salem, and are available
for review and copying if interested
persons desire.

City. Mont.;. Herb Oster of
Millstone, Mont, and Albert
Oster of Enid, O kla.; one sister
Mrs. Wayne (Clara) Peterson .
of Seattle, and three half
brothers, Fred, Richard and
Walter Yauch all of Benton
Harbor, Mich.
Interment will be held in
Willamette National Cemetery
in Portland
(over 12) and $2 (12 and under)

Violet F. Riley, 65, a resident
of Boring for the past 30 years,
died at her home on Aug. 3 after
a lengthy illness. Funeral
services were held at the |
Bateman Funeral Chapel on
Friday, Aug. 6.
Violet Frances Morris was
bom in Oklahoma. At an early
age she moved to Denver, Colo,
where she received her
education and in 1938 was
married to Harley Riley in
Denver. The Rileys made their
home in Denver for three years
before coming to Boring in 1941
Mrs. Riley is survived by her
husband, Harley, of Boring;
three sons, Delmar, Morris and
Clinton Saunders of Denver.
Colo.; a brother Ernest Mcrris
of Chico, Calif., and two sisters,
M rs. Catherine Knapp of
Mulino, and M rs. Naomi
Hurlburt of Missouri Three
grandchildren also survive
Interment was at Willamette
National Cemetery in Portland

between the Shakespearean
