KEEPING TRACK of supplies is responsibility of Grace
Morner, who is in charge of lunch room inventory at
Sandy Elementary School. When you consider that one
meal alone can require two crates of celery, 75 pounds
of carrots, four to seven cases of canned fruit, 20 pounds
of spaghetti, 150 pounds of ground beef and 50 loaves
of bread, you realize that Grace is a pretty busy woman.
