visited the KGW-TV studios to
watch him put on his show.
He has a p p e a re d at
numerous rodeos, fairs and
other public events throughout
the Pacific Northwest, and
never fails to get a rousing
reception when he and Jody
take part in Portland’s annual
Rose Festival parade.
Harper is a combat veteran
o f World War II, where he
made three major invasions and
participated in six campaigns.
