Hood St. Sandy, died on
March 24. He was bom in
Cedar Creek, Ore., and Koch
attended school there and in
Cherryville where he grew to
manhood.
On April 1, 1958, in Reno,
N e v ., he married Laurie
Bradley.
Koch had lived all o f his life
in the Cherryville area until
moving to Sandy about two
years ago. He worked all o f his
life as a farmer. He was a
member o f the Immanuel
Lutheran church o f Sandy.
Surviving is his wife, Laurie,
of Sandy; one brother and one
sister, Paul Koch and Mrs
K atie Soderholm both ol
Portland. Also there are three
nephews and one niece.
Services will be Thursday,
March 27 at 11 a.m. in the
Chapel of the Carroll Funeral
Home, Inc., with private vault
interment in the Fir Hill
cemetery, Sandy. Rev. Walter
Luedtke will officate.

In the matter of the request of the City of Sandy to acquire
Jurisdiction over a section of North Bluff Roed, located within the city
limits of the City of Sandy.
This matter coming before the Board of County Commissioners at
this time and It appearing to tha Board that a request has bean received
by the Board of Commissioners from tha governing body of tha City of
Sandy, Oregon, as provided for In O.R.S. 373.270, requesting
Jurisdiction over the following described county road which Is locted
within tha corporate limits of the City of Sandy:
North Bluff Road—From State Highway No. 26 northerly to city
limits of Sandy.
Attached hereto Is a map which Is made a part of this description,
and
It further appearing to tha Board that the City of Sandy has
requested Jurisdiction over the above described road and deem It
necessary and for the best Interest of the City of Sandy, and
It further appearing to the Board that under O.R.S. 373.270 a notice
shall ba given by publication In a newspaper of general circulation In
the County for five successive weeks designating a tlma and place of

hearing of the proposed transfer of Jurisdiction of said road from
Clackamas County to tha City of Sandy, now therefore
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a hearing will be held on
Wednesday, April 30, 1969, at tha hour of 10:00 A.M., Room 201,
Courthouse, Oregon City, Oregon, to consider any objections or
testimony offered by any parson Interastad and to further consider If It
Is to the best interest of the County to surrender the Jurisdiction over
the within mentioned road to the City of Sandy, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that tha County Clark ba and ha Is
hereby directed to have published In the Sandy Post, a newspaper of
general circulation In tha area, notice of said hearing, once a weak for
five successive weeks, said publications to ba published on March 20,
March 27, April 3, April 10, and April 17, 1969, all In accordance with
Oregon Revised Statutes, and
IT IS FURTHER O RDERED that tha County Roadmastar submit a
report and recommendation regarding tha feasibility of transferring
jurisdiction of tha abova described road from Clackamas County to tha
City of Sandy.

1 cup crushed soda crackers
1 Lb. pork link sausages
Beat two eggs and add 1 cup
milk. Mix all together well and
pour into greased casserole.
Top with 1 cup crushed soda
crackers. Bake for m hours at
350 degrees. The last 15
minutes add 1 lb. pork link
sausages partially precooked
and drained o f excess fat. -

1 green pepper (small)
1 can tomato soup
1 cup water
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown chops in skillet and
put in casserole. Cut pepper
and onion fine and brown in

chops. Blend
seasonings and tomato soup
and pour over chops. Bake 1W
hours at 300 degrees. Serves 4
