This point, once again, came to the fore at a recent Hoodland Cham ber of Commerce dinner meet ing at the Alpine Hut. Some 80 persons gathered to hear County Commissioners, Stan Skokoand Fred Stafanl, discuss the pro blems they have had with the developers of a sub-division in North Brlghwood, called “ Timberline Rim,’’ Since the meeting was well covered bv the p ress, I’m sure you have read the accounts of it in the Oregonian, the Oregon Journal and the Oregon City Enteprise, The “ Boss-Lady” was pretty busy with her pad and pencil too: so I’m sure you’ll find a well-written and accurate ac count ol the meeting in this sstte of the Sanly Post. He told me Jack Brown, thetr attorney, John Caldwell and other representat iv e s would be at the meeting. Obviously, the intent of the call was to inform me that “ Brown E nterprises’’ would be there. Why he felt he shoukl inform me of this, I don’t know, be cause 1 never for a minute thought they wouldn’t’ be there! I have mentioned the call merely to relay the fact that AM ITO N FURNITURE GRESHAM'S OLDEST & LARGEST FURNITURE STORE MAIN AT SECOND GRESHAM Our full staff is on hand to serve you better, so .
