SAUCE FOR FRENCH FRIES
1 package (1 pound) or 2 pack­
ages (9 ounce each) frozen
French fries
1 tablespoon butter or mar­
garine
l tabiaapoon flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
3 tablespoons coarsely grated
onion
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon rosemary
Heat French fries in oven or
skillet according to package
directions.
Melt butter or margarine;
blend in flour, salt and dry
mustard. Add milk and cook,
stirring
constantly,
until
thickened.
