Redfern Cops
Contest Dough
Missing only one high school
game and the three college tie
battles in last week's Post Foot
ball Contest, June Redfern of
Brightwood becomes the fifth
first place winner here. She
receives $10.
Sectxid and third place win
ners in the contest are Al Ross
and Gerry Barker, respective
ly. Both are repeat winners in
this year's first annual arm-
chalr quarterback game. Also,
both are Sandy residents.
Ross has captured second
prize money for tour of the
five weeks. Week Wore last
being the first time he was
not in the winner's bracket as
he was edged out of third place
by virtue of the tiebreaker
game. Ross missed five games.
Placing third in this past
week’s contest makes Barker
a three-time winner with two
thirds and a second to his cred
it. Third prize was determined
by the tiebreaker game again
this week with Barker missing
the Wy'east-Sandy game call
by one single point (20-7). The
final score being 20-6.
