His mother and I are heartsick, and not because the girl isn’t a lovely girl, but because like all parents we thought college would give him the start in life neither of us was fortunate enough to have. We have talked in vain, what can you say. Perplexed-Dad and Mom Dear Perplexed Mom and Dad, I am for education. She is lovely, In telligent, very popular, but we notice a tendency toward complete selfishness. She’s not mean, loves all her pets, but is lazy about taking care of them, and toward her other chores. The two older children didn’t have this streak. Will she out grow this or what can we do about it? Concerned-Mother Dear Concerned-Mother, Well, I sometimes think grow ing causes this lack of responsi bility. See that she eats plenty of good sensible food, not just ham burgers, and check with your doc tor to see there is nothing phy sically wrong. Then, if she fails in her duties just delete her favorite TV pro gram for a time. I think that will wake her up. AND NOW AFTER 18 MONTHS We Have A 'Home Again !
