Blue Lake Site For Demo Picnic
The East Multnomah County
Democratic Forum will hold its
annual picnic Sunday, July 26,
at Blue Lake Park with potluck
at 1 p.m., president Ed Bened­
ict, announced.
Entertainment will consist of
a horseshoe contest, ball games
and swimming. Election of officers
will be held at 3 p.m. Free coffee
and soda pop will be available.
All Democrats are invited.

After a week out in the open with the
Gresham grade school "science expedition,"
the youngsters were expert at putting up
tents. These girls puting up their tent at
Wildcat Camp, 20 miles east of Prineville,
B are JoAnne Elia and Nancy Blackledge on
B the left and Terri Williams. Two teachers
led the tour into eastern Oregon and two
high schol students went along as counselors.
