ning for our later years much
earlier, and wish more of our
young women would take advantage
of the many helps we receive
in these Extension unit lessons.
During the business meeting,
Mrs. Frank Foreman gave a very
interesting report on the govern
ment of Ecuador, our study coun
try this year.
Since 1946 Ecuador’s Govt, has
been very much like that of the
U. S. Their president and vice

ballot and they have two legisla
tive houses, a cabinet and su
preme court. However, men of 18
may hold office. One of their big
problem is the collecting of taxes.
Their exports are rice, coco
nut, bananas, coco and coffee.
