« The Sandy (Ore.) Post Thursday, Nov. 7, 1963 (Sec. 1) Pathfinders Help Fill Thanksgiving Baskets I,',-2-- « fa Up and Down the Mountain When the Pathfinders, a junior Adventist organization, rangdoor- bells on Halloween night, they did not ask for the usual “Treat” but asked instead for food for the need- y. Through their efforts they col lected over a hundred cans and food packages which will be used to fill out the Thanksgivingbaskets their church provides annually for the poor. Mrs. Quenton Douglas, leader of the g’oup, said she and her co workers are deeply grateful to all those who contributed to the project. PART TIME FARMS By JOE KIEFER The cast of the junior class play “Hillbilly Weddin’ ” lined up for a pre-rehearsal picture. The 3 act comedy, which will be presented Nov. 22. promises to be as much fun for actors as spectators. Miss Thomas said that, “In all programs the 10 per cent increase in doctor’s allotments and 4 per cent Increase in hospital al lotments directed by the legisla ture will be eliminated.” September payments in the coun ty totaled $162,463.
