Sept 26. The program will be pre sented by members of the State 4-H staff from Corvallis. Sub jects to be discussed are junior 4-H leadership project, em pire builders and working with older 4-H club members. Of this, $1,494,692 was in new con struction authorized in 114 per mits issued during the month of August, the building admin istrator’s office reported. The August total was $387, 325 more than in the corres ponding eight months of last year. There were 71 new single family dwellings that will cost an eventual $1,015,875 started last month. Industrial construc tion added $124,875 to the total, with the remainder going tor an apartment house, a church and miscellaneous buildings.
