Elsie Creighton had to return
to the hospital, and we hope
that by the time you are read
ing this she is back home.
Also she would like to tell all
the wonderful people who have
sent her so many beautiful
cards and flowers and have
done other thoughtful things,
how very much she appreciates
them all.
Bill Goldthorpe, my idea of
the indestructible man, is home
from the hospital, complete
with cast. He is the most
cheerful person there is.
Had a very interesting chat
with Gerald Wear. Gerald has
the upholstering shop at Alder
Creek. Every two or three
weeks he goes to Wamic.
Maupin, Madras and other eas-
tern Oregon towns on uphols
tering jobs.
He also remodels old chairs
and davenports and repairs an
tique furniture. He does wood
carving to replace old broken
parts of chairs and stains and
varnishes furniture. He has a
large variety of upholstery
samples and materials in many
price ranges.
Upholsters 20 Years
Gerald has been upholstering
for 20 years in Los Angeles,
San Francisco. Portland, Se
attle and other cities. He also
repairs leather furniture. It is
well worth your time to stop in
and see what Gerald has to of
fer.
