won both ends of a high-scoring
double header from the Sandy
Midgets at Sandy last Friday
evening. In the first game the
visitors won, 16 to 14, while in
the nightcap they triumphed
over the local Midgets, 12 to 6.
Gary Lamb, Chuck Croston
and David Weisen did the hurl­
ing chorses for Sandy in the
two games, while Lester Hodge
did the catching,
Gary Lamb and Roger Stone
both connected for home runs
for the Sandy Midgets.
