THE ACTON has a brick veneer and „
pitched roof with wide overhanging eaves
that give it an air of sturdiness. The floor
slab is poured on a gravel fill and the utility
room replaces the basement for heating unit,
laundry and general storage. Attaching the
garage under a continuous roof adds to the
rambling appearance.
Overall dimensions are 52 feet, 8 inches
by 26 feet, 8 inches. Floor area is 1,040 and
cubage 12,220 cubic feet.
