Notice is hereby given th a t an election will be held in School
D istrict No. 46 of C lackam as County, S tate of Oregon a t School-
louse June 15 1942-8 P M. in said school d istrict, for th e p u r
pose of su b m ittin g to the legal voters of said d istric t the ques
tion of increasing the tax levy for the y ea r 19
over the
am ount limited by section 11, article XI. of the C onstitution of
Oregon.
The reasons for increasing such levies are: D elinquent tax es
and changing ta x year.
The am ount of tax, in excess of the 6 per cent lim itation, p ro
posed to be levied for said y ea r is $5100.64.
