VISIT BELCHERS Guests last week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Belcher of Port Orford were her par ents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Ordì, from Anacortes, Wash. The guests and their hosts drove to Crescent City, Calif., one day, took a lunch and visited the redwoods. Mr. and Mrs. Orth had just returned from a plane trip to Birmingham, Ala., where they visited another daughter. This was their first Jet ride and they said it was “ very different, but very nice.” SENIOR CITIZENS MET The Port Orford Senior Cit izens met at the Langlois hall Oct. 7 for a potluck dinner and an evening of fun and fel lowship. Their next meeting will be on Monday, Oct. 20. FRIENDS VISIT Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Zumwalt of Sixes last week were Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Neild from Rich mond, Calif., old friends whom they had not seen for some time. Zumwalt is now able to get around with only his cane and is much improved in every way. HOSTS CLUB The Canasta Club met at the home of Mariam Rasch last week.
