traffic go by.

use the righ* lane and leave the left lane cle ar fo r passicg cars.
The slow-moving v e fa tle law attempts to pot into effect what
traffic e g trw e rs have known fo r a long tim e that tra ffic flow irg
smoothly has fewer accidents. The trouble begins when cars
begin to pass, moving in and out of traffic lanes and when traffic
travels at a wide ra re e of speeds.

$18,500 for homes and $50,000
