An 18 ye ar-o ld senior at Ban don high school, Roger Bruce Bullard,was cited by the Oregon State Police for violation of the basic rule following a tw o-car accident about 4 p.m .D ecem ber 6, east of Bandon. The accident occurred on Highway 42S at the point where Lam pa M t. road joins the high way. According to a State Police report, Bullard was traveling east to Coquille when his car struck a vehicle, operated by M r*. Ted (Joyce (M cKenzie of Port Orford, which was entering the highway from Lam pa M t. The report stated that the Bullard car went out of control and skidded into the west bound lane,striking the McKenzie ve hicle and knocking it over the bank where it came to rest on its top.
