Botz took eight wrestlers to
Gold Beach Dec. 28 to par­
ticipate In an Informal meet
with Gold Beach and Brookings.
The purpose of the meet was to
let wrestlers get to know their
opponents and find out how good
they are and learn some of
their moves; there was no of­
ficial score recorded for single
matches or team »cores.
The eight who made the trip
were Jim Stepp, 98 class; John
Spurgeon 115, Gary Neilson 130,
Jerry Forty 136, Marvin House
and Bill Krlck 141, Nell N eil­
son 148, and Mike Owens 191.
