In accordance with O. R. S. 609. 060 N otice is hereby given
that after said 60 day period, that is after July 25, 1964, any
dog found " RUNNING AT LARGE' in Curry County is subject
to being impounded by every Chief o f Bailee, Sheriff, Deputy
of either, or other Police Officer, and its owner is subject to a
fine of $10. 00 for the first offense and $25. 00 for each subse
quent offense.
" RUNNING AT LARGE' means a dog off or outside the pre
m ises belonging to the owner or keeper of the dog, without a
muzzle as provided by O. R. S. 609. 080, or not in company of
and under the control of its owner or keeper.
