and a junior at Pacific, was
chosen to play in the ali-state
band. Roly plays the tenor sax­
ophone for his second vear and
p rior to that he played the
drums.
He w ill go to Portland March
16-19 to rehearse with the all-
state band and play in a concert.
He w ill wear a P H S band uni­
form

Kathy Mills, a senior at Paci­

mett Cronan this Saturday night
at the Battle Rock Gym. This
program w ill begin at eight
o'clock Cronan is an outstand­
ing hypnotist and mentalist and
Kathy has been chosen to assist
him.
A street light has been in­
stalled at the new entrance to
the school's driveway The main
reason for the new light is to
m ark the entrance
Also accoustical m aterial has
been installed on the walls of
the gym. The m aterial consists
of spun glass insulation, covered
by a brown corrogated panel
Accoustical paneling w ill be
suspended from the ceiling also.

correct the problem we have'
had w ith the accoustics of the!
gym
The accoustics were so
poor, that unless the speaker
was speaking directly to the
listener, you could not hear him.
