Court House at McMinnville, Yam­
hill County, Oregon, at the time and
place for the final hearing of said
final account and for the final settle­
ment of said estate.

at said time and place so appointed

and then and there show cause» if any
exists why said final account should
not bi* allowed and approved, said
estate forever and finally settled and
