Women Leave Cambridge.
As n result of the action of the sen
ate of Cambridge university denying
woman students equal privileges and
rights with men, some women are leav
ing for Oxford, where the status of the
sexes Is equal. According to the de
cision of the senate, the students of
Girton and Newnham colleges may not
become members of the university, al
though they are entitled to titular de
grees conferred by diploma. A com
promise measure, under which women
were to be admitted to a limited mem
bership, including eligibility t^» pro
fessorship with restrictions and a
measure of self-government, was de
feated by the vote of the university
senate.

State laws compel the manitenance
of adequate sewerage facilities as a
safeguard to public health.
As indi-
viduals, however, we give little heed
to the care of the 30 feet or more of
privately owned sewers within our own
bodies. Thu«, nature’s intricate purg
ing system breaks down, a* the first
sign of which II the omission of the
usual after-breakfast visit to the toilet.
Fend that is not digested and passed
off from the itomsch resolves into fe
tid mailer which ferments and putre
fies, < «using poisonous acids and toxins
which taint the blood This is why you
suffer from weakness low spirits, shoot
ing pains in the head, shattered nerves
foul breath, srur stomach and that gen
erally "all in” feeling.

You will find relief from such ail
ments if you use the preparation en
dorsed by 28,000 druggists and phys
icians, A. D. S. Heptic Salts. An ef-
ferescent combination of tonic and lax
