Mr. Emmett Booth of the County
seat was extending the glad hand to
acquaintances in this city Tuesday last.
Mr. George Lefley of the Grand
Island country came to town Saturday
and was operated on for a rupture, at
the residence of Mrs. C. LaFever and
at this writing is getting along ex­
ceptionally well.
The only thing that
seems to bother him Is that he can not
get up and go to work.
