Brother Seeee was born near
Dayton, Ohio, in 1844. On Novem­
ber 1, 1866, be was married to Mise
Samantha Paulin. After a resi­
dence of five yeara in Indiana, he.
with hi a family, in the fall of 1871,
came to Yamhill county, Oregon,
and located on a farm near Dayton,
where, by hia honeat, diligent toil

na family in honor. Of late yeara,

terment, and the funeral servicea
were held in the Evangelical
church. For many yeara be was
ah active and honored member of
the Evangelical church. Rev. J.
Bowersox, of Portland, preached
the funeral aermOn. The l®r8®
concourse of people who attended
showed the high esteem in which, aa
a friend, neighbor,., oitisen and
Christian, deceased was held. The
body was buried io I. 0.0. F. cem­
etery at this place on Sunday laat.
