Wanderers

Wandering from city to city
But always on the street
Searching for housing
But qualifications
Are so hard to meet.
So the nomads
Pack up their
Cardboard beds
And hide them
For the night to come.
Wanderers forever
Searching for a home.
Found

Wayward men the lot of us.
We were lost and did not know it is so.
The way seems clear to us all,
But we were tricked into believing a lie.
The powers of the universe allow it so.
