No Right 2 Exist
Hanging in there
by Saoirse Bell
by Eileen Vizenor
Don’t panhandle there
or we will impose
a $225 ticket
for improper position
for the imposition
of your poverty
on our citizens of property
My heart breaks each day when:
I watch the news.
I read the newspaper.
I witness the homeless trying to survive.
I hear of senior abuse.
I hear of child abuse.
I hear of animal abuse.
I hear of hate crimes.
I hear of police brutality.
I hear of public assistance on the demise.
I hear of America’s continued division.
Don’t repose there
or we will impose
a criminal history
for the imposition
of your poverty
on our citizens of property
These days are scary which hinders my
Faith in people, and our country.
Don’t subsist there
or we will insist
on your removal
for the imposition
of your poverty
on our citizens of property
The Dream
However, I hang on to hope thanks to
My customers and my small circle of
Friends for their kindness. They help
Me to stay positive.
by Daniel Cox
Capitalists stole the American dream,
It got rid of the middle man
And went right for the poor.
The country cannot afford anymore.
The system is malfunctioning
There is no more order in the courts.
Every man, woman, child
Who is not influenced by the rich
Hold the cord.
World on their backs.
