Awaken
by Ashly Garner
God’s acts stir in us
a ,sense of self .
Remember who you are
.
We begin to hear
to see
to feel
until we know
unending love :
Learn The Way
and choose your thoughts
lest they choose you
and your spirit drops

God’s words
as if a lamp, light your way
be stirred for it is your very salvation, at stake
STREET ROOTS P H O T O
street Roots vendors - veterans and supporters alike - were out in force to show their support for fellow veterans
during the Veterans ’ Day Parade Nov. 11.
We begin to hear
to see
to feel
until we know
unending love
Fall
Awake;
sin no more
allow love -
Remember who you are.
by Eileen V.
Brings color into our lives.
Also, bees still out of their hives.
Into the lakes birds take dives.
Red, yellow, orange and brown.
Color of leaves hitting the ground.
Squirrels gathering nuts are around.
While Bald Eagles above do sound.
I enjoy a cooler day.
•Keeps my hot flashes at bay.
Molly blends with thè leaves to play.
“Life is good,” I must say!
