Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
The National Retail Federation estimates that American
consumers spent $15.7 billion on Valentine's Day gifts in 2011.
Show the ones you love some love this mid-February jubilee with
something old, new, borrowed or blue. Do something non-
traditional: go to a waterpark, cook a fancy dinner, dance in the
kitchen. Diamonds are overdone. And, while you're busy
spending all that money on chocolates and out-of-season roses,
don't forget to show your Street Roots vendor some love.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20) A lot of things
- not everything - but a lot of things will spin out of
control next week. Could be a lot of fun if you take it
with the right grain of Irrational thinking. Let go of the
reins and chaos will probably — but not necessarily —
work for you.
Taurus (April 20-May 20) Stop worrying that pins and needles, but the answers will reveal themselves
you're being followed all the time. Looking over your
shoulder too often will give you a stiff neck and a
nervous twitch, neither of which you will ever fully take
advantage of. So keep plowing ahead! Always forward!

Gemini (May 21-June 20) Practice doesn't
make perfect if you practice it wrong. But who can tell
the difference. Perfection is a cat's whisker away from
the dimple on a baby's butt. It's out there, but it's not
really. It's within your reach, but it can't be had. Give it
up, already, and you'll find your nirvana.
Cancer (June 21-July 22) Solid propers to
anyone clearing the leaves from the sewer grates this
time of year! Join the crew, if you haven't a ready, and
make the adjustment, clear out last season's debris and
get things flowing again!

wondering how — in this era of increased fuel efficiency,
at a time when more and more people are compelled to
employ the benefits of public transportation, in a city
