Murderous
By C Morse
I found them
Chasing the sand
Corrosive skies
Lighting strikes
And the killing band
IB
H
Painting the water
Mimes plant the souls
And the seeds they slaughter
Gasping at the night
Its blades on the tail
Of my kite
It screams through
the eyes of the blind
Burning wishes
Of the kind.
Not that guy
By Jason Wolf
I am not normal nor will I ever be
I wouldn’t want to be normal, it wouldn’t be me
The house with the white picket fence I give to you
I don’t want a car that’s flashy and new
I don’t want to marry then divorce in a year
Or watch Sunday football with a bottle of beer
I don’t want to look outside and have to* mow the grass
Or attend churchfor the weekly mass
I don’t want to eat my dinner at a table
I don’t want the good or bad guy label
I will never regularly wear a suite and a tie
Or the guy that has a price tag in which you can buy
There is something I would like to get off my chest
That normal is not exciting but boring at best
