LIBERAL UNIVERSITY CORPORATION.
The capital stock of the Liberal U niversity C orporation will consist of 10,000 shares at ten dollars
per share — a total of one hundred thousand dollars. Each stock-holder is entitled to vote the am ount
of his stock at any o f the stock-holder’s meetings. No assessm ents will be levied. The money raised
by selling stock will be used in constructing the U niversity buildings, purchasing ap p aratu s, and necessary
