LIBERAL UNIVERSITY CORPORATION.
The capital stock of the Liberal University Corporation will consist of 10,000 shares at ten dollars
per share — a total of one hundred thousand dollars. Each stock-holder is entitled to vote the amount
of his stock at any of the stock-holder’s meetings. No assessments will he levied. The money raised
by selling stock will he used in constructing the University buildings, purchasing apparatus, and necessary
lands, and carrying out the plan of the school. Thirteen trustees will be elected by the stock-holders each
year; said trustees to have full control of the management of the University. The money received for
tuition and the sale of scholarships is expected to he sufficient for carrying on the work of the School after
