geological stru ctu res of the earth.
One who wishes, m ay clim b to the
top of a snow-capped m ountain,
study the leaves of the great stone
book from the lowest stra ta , or the
wonderful life-forms of th e great
ocean. T ruly it will not he N ature’s
fault if our school for the study of
her laws does not m ark an epoch
in the history of hum an progress.
