ENROLLMENT OF PROM OTERS OF SCIENTIFIC W ISDOM.
People need Scientific Wisdom to promote morality, health, happi
ness, industry, prosperity, patriotism, justice, philanthropy, and other
lig h t physical, mental and moral developments.
Phis would evolve
the highest type of citizen, active in promoting the “general welfare”
and whatever is beneficial, and reduce all kinds of evil.
Our object is the evolution and propagation of this Scientific Wis
dom.
Promoters of wisdom should study out the scientific solution of all
questions which perplex the people, and whatever they need to learn
should be taught everywhere by means of lectures, discussions and
lessons, in Scientific Sunday schools and meetings, and by tracts broad
cast, and newspaper articles. Teach the causes of diseases, miseries and
evils, to make people moral, healthy an J wise.
A leaflet tract of 500 words can contain enough condensed informa
tion to produce concentrated thought and conviction, if the reasoning is
sound, and each argument is brief, clear, and strong.
Our first work is to obtain, print and distribute broadcast every
where, twelve leaflets, to open the way for Scientific Sunday schools and
meetings by leading the people to doubt the hihle, future fife, God, and
prayer, and convince them that sciemific wisdom is right, is needed, and
will he more beneficial than religion. All who will help write these,
send your most convincing arguments to me. The best must be selected
and condensed into brief, clear wording, as each tract must contain not
over 500 words. Each tract should prove some fallacy of Christianity,
and value of science.
We tear down to build better. The twelve subjects are:
I. ( haracter of God and hihle immorality. How religion pro
motes licentiousness, dishonesty, and wars. Scientific knowledge of sins
and punishments promotes morality.
false claims of ( hristanity. Science promotes civilization.
3. Bible contradictions. Science is reliable.
4. Similarities between gods and religions. Their evolutions and
scientific evolution.
5. How souls grow and decay. No future life. Annihilation
preferable.
b. No god creator. Nature always was. Evolution.
i. Prayer does nothing; nature, thought talk, work, and hygenic
living, does it all.
