lic Utility District No.
1 of Klickitat County
for MA Collins Sub-
station Expansion
Project 2021. Bids
will be received until
September 16, 2021
at 2:00 P.M., at the
District’s office at
1313 South Colum-
bus, Goldendale,
Washington, 98620,
at which time and
place the bids will
be publicly opened
and read. The bid
documents and
specifications may
be obtained at the
District’s office.
Each bid shall be
accompanied by a
certified or cashier’s
check on a bank
that is a member of
the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corpora-
tion payable to the
order of the Com-
m i s s i o n o f Pu b l i c
Utility District No. 1
of Klickitat County,
or by a bid bond with
a corporate surety
licensed to do busi-
ness in the State of
Washington in an
amount not less than
5% of the amount of
the bid. Each bid to
be firm and binding
for 60 days after the
time set for the bid
opening. Bidders
a re a d v i s e d u p o n
completion of any
contract awarded to
them they must fur-
nish a certified state-
ment of the nature
and source of items
in excess of $2,500
utilized in the perfor-
mance of the con-
tract procured from
sources beyond the
territorial boundaries
of the United States,
including Alaska and
Hawaii.
The District re-
serves the right to
reject any and all
proposals, and to
waive minor irregu-
larities and errors.
