Sidewalk Project.
The City will receive
quotes until 5:00 PM
on Thursday July 8th
via email submittal.
Quotes received af-
ter the time and date
specified will not be
considered. No bid-
der may withdraw its
quote after the time
announced for the
opening, or before
the award and exe-
cution of the Con-
tract, unless the City
elects to delay the
award for a period
exceeding 30 days.
Work to be per-
formed includes:
Construction of ap-
proximately 170 feet
of concrete sidewalk
improvements along
the North side of 3rd
Ave. from the Post
Office to Washing-
ton St. in Mosier,
Oregon. The work
includes minor grad-
ing, asphalt removal
and paving, con-
struction of concrete
sidewalks, construc-
tion of a drainage
swale and associat-
ed improvements.

City is not requiring

mal pre-bid meeting.
